EDMS "Thesis" is implemented in Expert of Energo

The company Haulmont in December, 2017 announced implementation EDMS THESIS in the company "Expert of Energo" which projects and builds objects on all Russia.

Prerequisites

As a rule, in work the enterprise at the same time has several projects. Often — at different stages and in different regions. Timely to have complete and exact information about work flow on each of them, the management Expert of Energo was required to automate problem definition and control of their execution. Besides, the specifics of the construction industry assume work with a big flow of documents which the companies needed to be arranged.

System Selection

Specialists Expert of Energo tested systems capabilities of management of documents and tasks of TEZIS, at the same time they paid special attention on a possibility of its adaptation under specific processes of the organization. After that the company management made the decision on acquisition of Expanded edition of a system. It gives ample opportunities for setup and development of EDMS. It is possible to define a document handling order by the designer of business processes independently. The designer of reports allows to prepare quickly the report, for example, on work of department for a certain period or degrees of readiness of the project. Also the staff of the enterprise can change if necessary a program code of a system to finish it under specific needs of the enterprise.

Project Progress

As TEZIS differs in simplicity of implementation and the clear interface, specialists Expert of Energo set and configured EDMS independently. At the same time for installation of a system and work in it the customer did not need to buy the special equipment or the software, noted in Haulmont.

We gave to the customer distribution kits and licenses for EDMS and also installation instructions. In addition to standard training employees Expert of Energo completed a course on use of mechanisms of the THESIS setup: designer of business processes and report generator. Besides, specialists of Haulmont at the request of the organization prepared process of approval of documents in a system — Tatyana Nazarova, the deputy manager on development of the EDMS THESIS projects told.

Project Results

As of December 25, 2017, employees Expert of Energo use a system several months. On a response of the customer, during this time work with documents became more organized, the company management had a tool for operating control of accomplishment of tasks, decision making process accelerated.
