Lacoste Penta WMS

On a warehouse complex of a brand of Lacoste the warehouse management system Penta WMS is started.

Active expansion of retail chain stores of Lacoste in Russia resulted in need of increase in efficiency of the logistic center, the maximum use of warehouse space and performance improvement and quality of order processing. As a technology platform of development of a warehouse complex the modern WMS system of Penta Group company was selected.

At system implementation of management of the warehouse Penta WMS the following technology features was implemented:

• cross docking for dealers;
• package selection for retail network;
• goods marking for retail network;
• boxed replenishment of the mezzanine from pallet storage.

The project allowed to increase accuracy and to reduce terms of preparation of client orders and conditions for further development of network of a brand are created.
