In a warehouse of goods for an interior of Credit-Keramika company the warehouse management system Penta WMS is started.
Start of WMS was performed without stopping works of a warehouse on STEP-BY-STEP technique.
In the course of system implementation of management of a warehouse the following technology features was implemented:
- accounting of a ceramic tile in packs and sq.m;
- delivery of goods under the specific client with the subsequent shipment by several implementations;
- distribution of tasks between contractors taking into account urgency of orders.
The motivation of warehouse workers is constructed on accounting of development of personnel in general and on separate indicators.
The project allowed to increase accuracy and to reduce terms of preparation of client orders for 25-30% in the conditions of significant expansion of the range.
