Penta WMS

In a warehouse of paints and varnishes and tools of Lakra company the warehouse management system Penta WMS is started.

At system implementation of management of the warehouse Penta WMS the following technology features was implemented:

• accounting of products on expiration dates;
• boxed replenishment of the mezzanine from a remote warehouse;
• a complete set of orders taking into account the minimum residual expiration dates of products for partners;
• the priority of a complete set of orders is defined by the diagram of shipment;
• formation transport a pallet by orders from paint and varnish products and previously packed combined packages with a hand tool.

The project allowed to increase accuracy and to reduce terms of preparation of client orders and, as a result, to switch over from round-the-clock to a day operation mode.
