The Coca-Cola HBC Russia company at the end of December, 2017 announced employment of the unusual employee — to department of personnel recruitment the robot Belief helps to look for managers-trainees now.
The virtual assistant is capable to find independently the curriculum vitae of applicants, to ring round them, to tell about a vacancy and to hold primary video interviews with candidates. It is expected that use of this technology will allow to reduce terms by search of talents considerably.
In Coca-Cola HBC Russia the biennial program of training of future leaders of the company works. Young specialists and graduates with a high potential, persons interested to get for work to the system of Coca-Cola in Russia, completely plunge into business processes of the organization. Under the sensitive management of the mentors managers-trainees get acquainted with key functions of the company and implement own cross-functional designs. Persons interested to take part in the program thousands. At the same time the company imposes high requirements to candidates. In general a ratio of the sent requests to the employed candidates about 400/1. To ring round all applicants who responded to the program, managers on search of talents need 3-4 weeks. The robot Vera copes with it in 2-3 hours. Besides, the artificial intelligence is able to distinguish duplication of the summary and will not call the person twice.
Until the end of December, 2017 Coca-Cola HBC Russia is going to complete testing of service. In case of positive results the company will use the robot Belief not only for processing of requests from candidates for participation in the program of development of future leaders, but also for mass hiring. Drivers, the staff of "hotline", sales representatives belong to such employee categories, for example.
