Cargotec using Orange Business Services will create the global system of "smart" processing of loads

The international service provider Orange Business Services and Cargotec company, the supplier of the transport and pogruzo-unloading equipment and solutions with the headquarters in Finland, signed the three-year contract with cost in several million euros for provision of services of global IoT-connection for the customer's equipment for the purpose of optimization of processing of loads.
Prerequisites
Cargotec aims at creation of the systems of "smart" processing of loads. For this purpose the company needs IoT-connection for the made equipment regardless of to what customer it is delivered and where works.
Project Tasks
IoT-solutions of Orange will allow to carry out integration of the equipment with the systems of collecting and data analysis, having provided remote condition monitoring of the equipment for advance elimination of any arising faults.
At the same time, global connection to Internet of Things from Orange will allow Cargotec to implement digital services for clients and also to increase the overall operational effectiveness both in the company, and at any stage of customer interaction.

- the trouble-free order of SIM cards for IoT in any region of the world of c their subsequent activation and tracking on the specialized portal;
- uniform cost for SIM cards irrespective of the region of their work;
