Euny-Pat is a participant of the industry of processing of plastic more than 15 years. Long-term experience and deep understanding of process of extrusion of polymers allows the company to receive a high-quality product.

The company conducts several directions, one of which — production of thread for 3D - printings under the U3Print brand. Our head representation which is in Bulgaria actively cooperates with the advanced producers of plastics and compounds from Europe, North America and Southeast Asia that allows the company to receive hi-tech materials for production.

Core activity of Euny-Pat company — processing of production PETF (reduction from polyethyleneterephthalate) waste. A set of the equipment and qualification of personnel allows to process practically any kinds of waste of PET and at the exit to receive different products of processing — beginning from flakes and finishing with the granulate recovered by PETF, depending on requirements of the customer.

The company overworks (buys, accepts for processing):

  • the rejected preform
  • the rejected PET of a bottle
  • drainings from material cylinders
  • waste of PET of a film (trimming, the rejected blister packaging, etc.)
  • fiber PET production wastes

Can be end products of processing depending on requirements of the customer or the set production tasks:

  • flakes (hogged chips with department of small fraction or without like that)
  • agglomerate (the agglomerated flakes, the PETF small fraction of any origin)
  • amorphous granulate
  • crystallized granulate
  • granulate with the recovered viscosity (last additional process of polycondensation)

Besides, Euny-Pat makes a secondary preform from own raw materials and also from primary granulate (depending on requirements of the customer).
