"Project practice" implemented methodology of project management of "The Cherepovets state university"

On December 25, 2017 the Project Practice company announced training of 30 representatives of institutes, faculties and structural divisions of the Cherepovets state university.

The training purpose - to implement methodology of project management in higher education institution and to support initiative projects by the competent personnel. Initiative projects are directed to the solution of the strategic tasks of the university defined in the program of development of reference higher education institution.

Within the program employees in practice will be able to study basic documents and instruments of work, to consider candidate solutions of problems in project implementation and also learn about features of the organization of team work, nuances of the correct presentation and visualization of projects.

After training participants of the program will have to defend the initiative projects before members of Expert committee.
