"The Lipetsk city clinic No. 1" implemented a management system for NeuroniQ queue

On January 10, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in clinic No. 1 of the Lipetsk region, for upgrade of structure of delivery of health care.

One of the main directions of the project became the organization of internal processes of work of clinic for the purpose of quality improvement of providing medical services.

During creation of structure of an electronic queue, the management of medical institution jointly with specialists of Technologies of the Future company developed a system with the principle of separation of patients into two main flows. This principle of the organization of queue allows to direct the patients needing emergency aid and those who belong to the handicapped category of citizens in a separate window of registry. At the same time it was stipulated that these categories of citizens will have the priority status as delivery of health care. Such separation of flows of queue allows to distribute optimum loading of work of staff of clinic and by that to increase availability and quality of medical care. In addition to installation of the terminal which distributes a flow of patients on 8 jobs in registry the medical institution is also equipped with television screens, the system of the voice notification and a possibility of receiving statistics about acceptance in clinic.

In general implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in clinic of the Lipetsk region answers the main objectives which were set within project implementation.
