The Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec in January, 2018 announced completion of development of the first navigation station for high-precision surgeries. As of January 11, the installation trial batch of the equipment is collected, documents are filed to Roszdravnadzor for registration. It is expected that during 2018 stations will pass clinical trials in the medical organizations.
The station is developed Moscow by engineering marketing center of Vega concern and "Research center of electronic ADP equipment" (enter into Ruselectronics).
As you know, navigation systems are used at the surgical interventions requiring enhanced accuracy, in particular, cranial trepanation, coretraction of malignant and good-quality educations in a cranium, sanitation of Epi - and subduralny hematomas and also during a punktsionny biopsy.
The Russian development is intended to increase quality of carrying out difficult surgical interventions, to reduce time of transactions and also probability of a medical error. The operation principle of the navigation surgical station is based on creation of the generalized 3D model which forms based on complex data computer and magnetic resonance imaging of the patient then the binding of a body of the patient to the generalized 3D model is performed. The station allows to trace the tool in a surgical wound with an output to monitors with the touch function.
Foreign analogs of the domestic station are production systems of the companies Medtronic, Radionics, BrainLab and Stryker.
According to representatives of Ruselectronics, the provided navigation station "on technical characteristics corresponds to the advanced foreign samples, and regarding the software exceeds a row from them". Besides, according to preliminary estimates, the Russian system is more available than the analogs at cost. Interest in it was already shown by specialists of a number of large clinics, including foreign, noted in holding.
The foreign medical equipment, in our opinion, has unreasonably high cost. Vega concern, using the technology backlog, it is ready to offer the developments which are not conceding according to quality characteristics to analogs, but with absolutely transparent pricing.
