2018: Announcement

In January, 2018 the Artec Group company specializing in development of the equipment and the software for 3D - scanning, provided a cabin for automatic 3D - scannings of the person to the utmost which is equipped with four portable Artec scanners and the stationary platform. The product received the name Shapify Booth.

3D - scanners rotate around the person and make 700 pictures in 12 seconds. Then from data retrieveds within five minutes the integral full-color 3D model ready for printing is automatically created. The turned-out "figure" — "sheyp" as the company calls three-dimensional model — can be used as for entertaining, and business objectives. So users can use "figures" for custom tailoring of clothes.

The digital model is also able to allow suppliers of medical services to create individual prostheses and orthopedic devices and also other medical devices for patients. For example, the same technology is applied to creation front to - and postoperative masks for esthetic, plastic or maxillofacial surgery. Shapify Booth is suitable for large retail stores, amusement parks, the airports and other places where many people go.

The cabin of Shapify Booth is available to acquisition or lease worldwide.^[1]

The recommended retail price begins from 99 dollars for a small figure (height of 15 cm), 135 dollars for an average figure (height of 19 cm) and 199 dollars for a big figure (height of 23 cm). Operators of cabins can print figures of the clients independently or address the partners offering services 3D there are printings. If the company has own 3D-printer, then it to a mozha to purchase the 3D model for only 20 dollars and to print it independently.
