"Synthesis of N" continues to implement e-queue systems in the organizations for all Russia

Specialists announced Synthesis of N in January, 2018 continuation of project implementation on implementation and service of "electronic queue" for Sberbank of Russia, VTB Bank, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and Provincial Drugstores network.

So, in the second half of 2017 Synthesis of N performed works on retrofitting of "electronic queues" in branches of VTB Bank in Leninsk-Kuznetsky (Kemerovo region), Biysk and Rubtsovsk (Altai Krai), Novosibirsk (Novosibirsk region), Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia) and Irkutsk (Irkutsk region). And in Ust Kut of the Irkutsk region the system of "electronic queue" was created "from scratch".

At the same time, the project on updating of a system of "electronic queues" calculated on several years for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation proceeds: this year hardware upgrade and software installation in seven departments of Krasnoyarsk is carried out. Specialists executed installation of switches, a board of operators and panels of a quality assessment system of customer service. Besides, servers, uninterruptible power supply units and computers of a system of the sound notification were replaced, structured cabling systems are mounted and also upgraded version of software is set. Specialists of the company executed all impressive amount of works in a short time — in 2.5 weeks.

"Synthesis of N" is responsible also for service of "electronic queue" in 130 Sberbank branches of Russia in Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republics Khakassia and Tyva. Specialists of the company recover working capacity and carry out maintenance of "electronic queue", mount and dismantle the equipment at expansion, moving or closing of departments.
