Kokhir Rasulzada (tadzh. oir Rasulzoda, till May, 2007 — Abdukokhir Abdurasulovich Nazirov (tadzh. Abduoir Abdurasulovich Nazirov). In the Russian sources also hereinafter is referred to as Kokhir Rosulzada.
Biography
Abdukokhir Nazirov was born on March 8, 1961 in the kishlak Kistakuz (nyne dzhamoat Histevarz) of Gafurovsky district of the Sughd region of Tajikistan.
In 1982 graduated from Agricultural institute of Tajikistan (nowadays Tajik agricultural university) as "engineer hydrotechnician" then began a labor activity as the technician-controller of construction laboratory of consolidation Tadzhikirsovkhozstroy of the Gafurovsky district located in the city of Khujand.
Later Nazirov worked at a position of the engineer of production department, the chief engineer, chief of PMK-4, the chief of the Tadzhikirsovkhozstroy enterprise.
2000: Minister of melioration of Tajikistan
From January, 2000 to December, 2006 Abdukokhir Nazirov held a post of the Minister of Reclamation and Water Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2007: Chairman of the Sughd region
The order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2006 it was appointed the acting as the Chairman of the Sughd region. From February 27, 2007 to November 23, 2013 was the Chairman of the Sughd region.
In 2008 graduated from Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation. Has an academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In May, 2007 Abdukokhir Abdurasulovich Nazirov replaced a name on Kokhir Rasulzada.
In December, 2007 and the second time in April, 2010 it was elected by the First Deputy Chairman of National Council (Madzhlisi Millie) of the Highest Meeting of Tajikistan (Majlisi Oly) of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2012 the head of the Sughd region of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzala presented to the People's artist of the USSR and Tajikistan Dzhurabek Murodov keys from two-room apartment in the center of Khujand, thus having congratulated him from 70 the anniversary.
2013: Prime minister of Tajikistan
On November 23, 2013 Kokhir Rasulzada is appointed the prime minister of Tajikistan, having released Oqil Oqilov from this duty.
Family
For 2018 Kokhir Rasulzada is married, has three children.
