On January 22, 2018 it became known that the Onlanta company transferred IT infrastructure of Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel company to external technical support.
The Onlanta company in 2016 won the tender for support of infrastructure of Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel company. Transition to outsourcing was performed step by step.
At the first stage booked general audit of IT infrastructure, revealed ways of its subsequent optimization and development. During a pilot project determined the SLA parameters and debugged interaction of the customer and contractor.
At the second stage Onlanta started maintenance of the network and server hardware, DWH, the general-system and application software. Specialists of Onlanta company support jobs of users, perform support of basic infrastructure services, virtualization platforms based on software of VMware, a backup system and recovery of information, corporate telephony, monitoring of IT infrastructure and other applied systems.
