Korus Digital HR is the software solution intended for automation of process of interaction with applicants of work.

2018: Development

The Corus Consulting group in January, 2018 announced solution development for the staff of personnel departments. Korus Digital HR manages loyalty and a funnel of candidates, considerably reducing the number of routine work of HR specialists, simplifying interaction of applicants with the company and collecting analytical data for assessment of processes of recruiting in the company.

Korus Digital HR includes chat-bot for applicants, working in messengers Telegram, Viber or Facebook and also personal accounts for HR specialists and top management at a corporate portal. The chat-bot allows to spend automatically the candidate on all steps of hiring: from the first interview before a design for work.

Having received the link to the chat-bot in the letter, the first from the company, the candidate can independently appoint date of an interview, receive the invitation in the calendar for a meeting and directly in the messenger see all information on date, the exact time, the address and contacts of the manager with whom the interview is appointed. In the automatic mode there is an informing on results of an interview and, in case of the positive solution, the candidate receives the offer on work, having an opportunity to refuse or agree to it via the chat-bot, having also received the help in collecting and sending documents for a design for work.

The chat-bot in addition informs human resource department and top management on the appointed interviews, automatically creates offers on work or failures to candidates, providing a feedback about applicants.

The personal account of Korus Digital HR on a corporate portal allows to see hiring process in general, estimating overall effectiveness of selection and submitting personal statistics of work of HR managers. HR specialists can keep the calendar of interviews, store and exchange documents, receive a feedback, browse analytics and a funnel of candidates depending on divisions and vacancies, work with requests for selection of vacancies is in addition automated.

The HR director, using the personal account on the portal, can browse the aggregated statistics on interaction with candidates, their loyalty and the received feedback, thus estimating efficiency of work of HR managers with candidates by a funnel of vacancies and configured the analyst: the plan fact of hiring, a deviation, average terms of closing of vacancies/exit of candidates, etc. and also efficiency of specific HR managers on the basis of the feedback received from candidates and business.
