Technoserv companies and Smart Oranzh company in January, 2018 announced signing of the contract on provision of services of a cloud ITSM system and virtual data center. "Smart Smart Oranzh" will use the Technoserv Cloud resources for management of service activity of the company.

Prerequisites

Core business Smart Oranzh is a sale of the equipment, the company opens branded shops and performs sale of solutions of global manufacturer of electronics of Xiaomi.

With fast development and growth of business of the company there was a need for control of labor costs of staff of service divisions — a clear understanding where human resources are spent whether their increase or redistribution in specific timepoint is required.

Regulation of interaction of divisions of back office and core business (process formalization, the description of stages and steps of processing of addresses), and together with it and optimization of work of back office due to process automation of this interaction, reduction of transaction costs, search of optimal solutions of these or those tasks became one more important task in these conditions.

For the solution of assigned tasks the company made the decision on implementation of the ITSM solution — the centralized control system of service activity.

We absolutely precisely understood that we need cloud ITSM solution. First, when using clouds capital costs are transformed to operating rooms that allows us to redistribute investment flows optimum. Choice of the platform

"Smart Oranzh" already worked with one of cloud providers, however in process of fast increase in business needs for resources and requirements to them, the contractor could not provide their covering. As a result Smart Oranzh carried out the analysis of cloud platforms of large players of the Russian market and their opportunities. Based on the carried-out analysis the company stopped the choice on service of the Technoserv Cloud platform — "Cloud Service Desk and ITSM", implemented based on ServiceNow technologies.

Pacing factors of the choice in advantage the Technoserv Cloud of steel the high level of data protection with observance of all requirements of law No. 152-FZ "About personal data protection" and the available cost of service at the identical stated quality parameters at other providers.

The service "A cloud service desk and ITSM" the Technoserv Cloud supports all key ITSM processes: layer management of services, suppliers, changes, knowledge, assets, configuration, releases, requests, events, incidents, problem management and directory of services. At the same time implementation of ITSM provides integration with IT infrastructure — with the Active Directory directory service, mail services, databases and web services of different producers. Tools of a system allow to configure and finish quickly enough it according to requirements of the customer.

Stage results

In Smart Oranzh the first stage of implementation of the cloud ITSM solution is completed. In a system work requests from shops, addresses of staff of back office, the service center of the company are processed. Besides, transition to the next stage of implementation within which customization of the interface of the portal of a system, optimization of routes according to addresses which managed to be revealed at the first stage, etc. is planned is performed.

In addition to ITSM service, for placement of the back office systems, online store and other websites of Smart Oranzh company uses service of virtual data center (VDC) from the Technoserv Cloud.
