The Moscow research institute "Agat" is leading enterprise of defense industry of Russia in the field of creation of the radar heads of homing (RHH) for the rockets used in the systems of fight against means of air attack.
Having begun the activity with development of rather simple RGS with semi-active targeting having weight in several tens of kilograms, MNII "Agate" is capable to create the most perfect RGS with active targeting (ARGS) providing the principle now "let-forgot". These ARGS are equipped with the powerful on-board computer and small-size very high frequencies transmitters and the receiver. The mass of such ARGS does not exceed 10 kg, and technical characteristics conform to the highest modern requirements.
At institute it is paid to creation of conversion products and much attention, including, medical equipment.
