Beltel constructed a management system for the building of the multifunction complex "TSUM Voronezh"

On January 24, 2018 the Beltel System integrator announced completion of construction of the BMS system of a multifunction complex TSUM Voronezh.

For ensuring effective operation of the building, security and comfort of guests and personnel the complex is equipped with a management system (BMS) on 15,000 controlled points.

A system is implemented based on the equipment Siemens Simatic and has the following functionality:

• Automation of a system of heat supply
• Automation of a system of cold supply
• Automation of the systems of general and exchange ventilation and conditioning
• Control of a power supply system
• Control of water supply and sanitation systems
• Control of gas contamination of an underground parking
• Control and accounting of energy resources
• Control of emergence of leakages
• Control of climatic parameters of technical and process areas

Information on a status of the engineering equipment in the form of symbolic circuits, tables and diagrams is displayed on screens of the automated jobs of operators.

Beltel executed a full range of works: design, supply of equipment and materials, installation and balancing and commissioning.

The building is among the most modern and technology equipped region objects.
