"The alphabet of taste" was connected to service for management of freight transportation

On January 29, 2018 the Advantum company announced signing of the contract with Alphabet of Taste supermarket chain on connection to service for management of freight transportation. Service the plan fact of the analysis and business process automation in logistics gives opportunities of control of parameters of cargo delivery, carrying out. As base for project implementation used the Logaritm system. A project task is implementation the plan fact of the analysis of transportations in a common information space. Quality improvement of cargo delivery and improvement of indicators of timeliness of delivery should become result of use of service in daily network functioning.

Using the Logaritm system account and control of accomplishment of routes, monitoring and control of parameters of transportation of loads is kept, and processes of selection of cargo transport for transportation of goods and routing, monitoring and control of parameters of transportation of loads will be automated further.

Requirements to a system include presence at the solution of the module of monitoring, the module the plan fact of the analysis of observance of timely delivery, the module of routing, the module of control of temperature indicators. In the long term extent of process automation and an integration scale with information systems of the customer will increase, and setup of parameters of analytics will become thinner.

The solution "Logaritm" for supermarket chain is deployed on the telematic platform "by Advantum. The big Brother" which provides functions of basic monitoring: tracking of transport, creation of a track of the movement, control of fuel consumption, control of entry into a geozone and others. The module of the reporting includes more than 20 standard reports and about 10 specialized reports focused under specifics of the customer.

Control of observance of temperature condition of transportation of goods – the important parameter for transportations of food products – is performed on the basis of indications of the temperature sensors installed in refrigerators. With their help it is possible to control temperature in the current runs, to timely inform managers of network on severe violations of temperature condition and to create analytical reports in the necessary cuts.

The module of routing of the Logaritm system contains a tape of orders with designation of the status of their accomplishment, lists of routes and data on carriers and drivers. It is planned that updating of reference books will be automated through integration with the systems of the company of the customer and contract organizations.

Accesses to the first version of a system will be provided to the customer at the beginning of February, 2018, customization of service according to requirements of the customer will be performed further.
