College of modern technologies of M.F. Panov (THESIS)

The management of "College of modern technologies" aimed to transfer work of office, setting and control of accomplishment of tasks to an electronic form. Having studied and having tested the EDMS options which are available in the market, the college stopped on Standard edition of a document management system and tasks THESIS. It gives the chance to simplify accounting and management of documents, to facilitate and accelerate problem definition and control of their accomplishment. Also selected editorial office EDMS THESIS allows to automate unique business processes of the company and to create evident reports for work of the organization.

Specialists Haulmont carried out remote installation of a system and training of the administrator. For other employees who should work in TEZIS rates in the territory of organization were organized.

At system implementation especially for "College of modern technologies" in EDMS protection of documents against editing which users if necessary will be able to use to reduce risk of emergence of errors or confusion in versions was implemented. At the same time specialists developed Haulmont and approved completion option, optimal on terms of accomplishment and cost, with representatives of the organization — the manager with corporate clients of EDMS THESIS Anna Baranovskaya commented on implementation.

As of March, 2017, the staff of college already works in the THESIS system. The management of organization considers the possibility of development of EDMS, automation of the organization of meetings with its help and transition to Expanded edition.
