EDMS THESIS automates work of "The Russian auction house"

On April 9, 2018 the company "Haulmont" announced automation EDMS THESIS in "Russian auction house". The customer needed to automate work of office and all connected about document flow processes.

The management of "The Russian auction house" was going to transfer purpose of tasks and control of their accomplishment to an electronic form. After studying of the products which are available in the market the company stopped on the Expanded editorial office EDMS THESIS. Also VIP-licenses were in addition purchased mobile.

The selected edition completely answers problems of "The Russian auction house" of work automation. Also she allows to use EDMS for the analysis of activity of the company — using the designer of reports in a system it is possible to provide visually results of work both all organization, and any employee or department. Besides, Expanded edition gives the chance of modification of EDMS for process automation of the company which do not enter a ready set of functionality of the THESIS system.

Before implementation of EDMS THESIS specialists Haulmont conducted a preproject research of business processes of "The Russian auction house", developed and approved the functional specification with the customer. During implementation quite extensive modification of a system was made. Additional reference books and document types were created (for example, for work with legal cases). For convenience of users mechanisms of warning of repeated document registration, tracking of receipt of the original of documents are finished, tools of mailing of documents to the whole list of users are implemented. The processes of work with powers of attorney, court documents and documents of Federal Antimonopoly Service admitted to the companies are provided.

After modification of EDMS specialists Haulmont held its testing and trained users and administrators to work in the THESIS system.
