Rossoshan Minudobrenia is a large chemical industry enterprise in Russia, the only producer of mineral fertilizers in the Central and Black Earth region. For more than thirty years, the company has been producing high-quality products, the dignity of which was appreciated by both domestic agricultural producers and numerous foreign farmers.

During the transition to a market economy, the company managed to adapt to modern economic conditions, increase its technical potential and reach a better level of production development.

Company Development

The company pays serious attention not only to improving the quality of products, but also to improving the quality of activities. In 1994, the products of Minudobrenia OJSC in Rossosh were awarded the highest award - the Diamond Star for quality.

In 2003 The quality management system ISO 9001 was introduced and certified at Minudobrenia OJSC and a certificate was received in the GOST R. System in May 2004. By decision of the international certification body SGS (Switzerland), the enterprise was issued with an ISO 9001:2000 certificate of conformity.

In 2010-2011 based on the current quality management system, an integrated management system has been developed, implemented and certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 in the certification body TÜV Thüringen e. V.

In mineral fertilizer markets, the priority for the enterprise is the domestic market. The company actively supports domestic agricultural producers, participates in federal rural support programs and develops its own strategy for providing Russian farmers with mineral fertilizers.

History in dates

• 1974 Construction of the Pridonsky chemical plant began.
• 1979 The 1st stage of the plant was put into operation: a workshop for the production of weak nitric acid and ammonium nitrate.
• 1981 Products were obtained at the first large-tonnage ammonia unit.
• 1982 The company was renamed the Rossoshansky Chemical Plant named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR.
• 1983 The first workshop for the production of complex nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers - azofosks (NPK) was launched.
• 1984 He began to produce a second unit of weak nitric acid. The second azofosca production shop was put into operation.
• 1988 The second ammonia unit was built and put into operation. The first product was obtained at the plant for production of liquid calcium nitrate. With the commissioning of capacities, environmental facilities are being built and put into operation.
• 1989 The Rossoshan Chemical Plant was transformed into the Rossoshan Production Association Minudobrenia.
• 1992 Registered Open Joint Stock Company "MINUDOBRENIA."
• 1994 The International Institute of Marketing awarded the Order of the Diamond Star for quality.
• 2003 OJSC "Minudobrenia" was awarded the Gold Medal and Diploma of the first degree in the framework of the 5th Russian agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn" (g.) Moscow for achieving high performance in the industry of chemization and plant protection.

• 2007 was marked by a number of investment projects aimed at modernization of equipment. A unit for supplying dolomite, magnesite, ammonium sulfate, an ammonia-refrigeration plant and air conditioning units at the NPK plant was installed and put into operation, the primary reforming furnace and the conversion gas purification department in ammonia production were reconstructed.
• 2008 A new warehouse of finished products for the accumulation and storage of complex fertilizers was put into operation at the production site of the plant. The total storage capacity is 60 thousand tons.
• 2008 At the All-Russian exhibition "Golden Autumn," the Gold Medal was awarded for the production of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly fertilizers. • 2009 Implementation of APCS in AK-72 workshop (nitric acid production for intra-plant consumption).

• 2009 For the first time, the production of 520 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate per year was achieved, which is the highest indicator of the use of the design capacity of the unit based on AS-72 among enterprises of the Russian Federation.
• 2010 New brands of NPK fertilizers - nitro-ammophosks (azophosks) of nitrogen-acid decomposition have been registered. The product line of Minudobrenia OJSC has expanded to 26 brands of nitro-ammophosks (NPK). Among them are highly azotic brands, where a higher content of nitrogen (N) and azofosks with an increased content of potassium (K), which are most suitable for the soils of the region for growing fodder and industrial crops.
• 2010 APCS (automatic process control system) was introduced in the ammonium nitrate workshop, developed in accordance with modern production process control technologies.
• 2011 OJSC "Minudobrenia" passed the certification of the integrated management system for compliance with the requirements of the International Standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 in the international certification body TÜV THÜRINGEN e. V.
