In January, 2018 JSC Sberbank Leasing together with PJSC Sberbank implemented the standard transaction on providing JSC PO Rosdorstroy in leasing of the road and harvest equipment.
The supplier of the equipment acted as Merkator-Holding LLC.
It is the first large deal implemented completely through E-Leasing electronic document management system from collecting of documents before agreement signature. The E-Leasing service considerably simplified document flow between the client and the leasing company, promoted reduction of terms of consideration of the transaction and provided conditions for operational and effective interaction of agreement parties. In further E-Leasing Information society will form a basis for transition of JSC Sberbank Leasing to electronic document management within the state program.
