BARS GROUP developed the internal portal for Ruselectronics

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "the National Center of Informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in February, 2018 announced development of the internal portal for the Russian Electronics holding company, including the subportal for parent organization.

The corporate portal is the common information space integrating 160 enterprises for the whole country. Employees using a "live" news feed it is always aware of the latest events, and using service for giving of the ideas are actively involved in development of holding. It is especially important at a stage of the organizational conversions happening now. The name of the portal — Leader of Changes speaks for itself — Anastasia Romanova, the chief of the department of organizational development of JSC Ruselectronics told.

The portal is an analog of "virtual office". It is created on the platform of own development of MASKAP written on the basis of software open source. On the uniform information platform topical news and documents, success stories and an interview with top managers, the calendar of events and the HR digest are published. The staff of holding can study with relevant structure which is updated by means of integration with a personnel system.

Feedback is provided using polls and votes. Separately in BARS GROUP noted the module "Card of the Enterprises" using which it is possible to see geography of holding. On interactive space of Russia regions in which the cities with the enterprises of holding are mentioned are selected. When choosing the city the window with Yandex reveals . Card with detailed information: from a photo of a general diretkor to financial performance.

The homepage of the portal has the modern interface and can change the employee thanks to setup of options of the animated banner: "in air", "in space", "on water", "on the earth" which symbolize a wide line of the made products. Also on the homepage it is implemented funtsionat "A phrase of day" and "A motivation workshop".

The subportal of Ruselectronics parent organization gives an opportunity to place the local, personalized information on the company. Here internal business processes are automated, for example, employees can issue the order for stationery, business cards, references and business trips and also to submit applications for personnel recruitment, training, representations to rewarding and IT support. In Personal account the employee can add information on the hobbies, interests, education and experience. In the same place information on a remaining balance of holiday days and the salary which is unloaded from the information system "Salary and Personnel" developed by BARS GROUP is available.
