2020: Crisis response solution for retail and distributors
On April 16, 2020 it became known that the Sidisi group adapted and brought the integrated OPTIMUM Bestshop system (OPTIMUM BestShop) to the market. The solution compensates the restrictions for work of merchandisers and sales representatives entered in the conditions of a pandemic.
Against the background of the self-isolation mode retail chain stores limited access for merchandisers and sales representatives to the shops. Suppliers and producers of food and convenience goods cannot analyze sales, plan supply rates and do reasonable orders. It leads to overstocking or deficit of goods, and as a result, to falling of revenue.
The integrated OPTIMUM BestShop system allows to obtain key marketing information directly from shop without merchandiser. The solution represents the single interface for interaction of authorized staff of outlets, distributors and producers of different goods.
Already in the basic version of the solution the following functionality is provided: formation of orders, obtaining complex news information and data on credit limits, current and to arrears, actions and discounts.
The solution consolidates data on dynamics of orders by outlets and specific goods. Also a system predicts sales on all logistics and production chain taking into account duration of cycles. The system of motivation OPTIMUM BestShop stimulates specific shop or the distribution center of the retailer quickly to do orders of the necessary goods in the correct volume.
Restrictions for merchandisers and sales representatives against the background of decrease in solvency of the population already lead to fall of income and producers, and distributors. Our solution allows to overcome these problems.
