In Kalmykia the analytical digital platform within the Safe City project is implemented

The IT platform developed by the East company AT Consulting, the resident of Academpark will increase efficiency of reaction of extraordinary services and will increase security on socially important objects of Kalmykia.

On the basis of a software platform the automated system of control and operational diagnostics was created. It is intended for detection and prevention of possible threats, investigation of incidents. In particular, the platform ensures safety in the territory of often visited organizations of the republic – hospitals, the multifunction centers of providing public services.

Sokhorov Valery, the head of development department of information technologies of Management on development of the electronic government of the Republic of Kalmykia: "As the platform is easily scaled and capable to use already available equipment, we managed not only to reduce a project deadline, but also to considerably save means due to step-by-step implementation. In the platform the concept of a common information space for different departments and also single interfaces, technical requirements for the organization of interaction of information systems of departments with the platform is put. As a result we received one universal system, instead of several isolated for each department".

A system consists of the video analytics module and also the module of processing and information storage. Thanks to it continuous data collection is conducted with surveillance videocameras about all persons which got to a controlled zone. On the basis of the arrived information the analytics for law enforcement agencies forms. A system also monitors vehicles which drove on the under control territory. Besides, she is capable to perform intellectual behavioural monitoring, to distinguish the dangerous behavior and factors creating threat of life and to health of citizens, such as, the left objects.
