On February 7, 2018 it became known that The First BIT company helped to start 7 outlets of clothing stores from Turkey of DeFacto in Kazakhstan thanks to implementation of the systems of trade accounting, personnel records and optimization of regulated accounting.
Prerequisites
Staff of personnel department and accounting experienced difficulties during the conducting personnel records and payroll of employees. the "1C: Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" which is used for conducting accounting and tax accounting at payroll calculation did not consider KPI (the scheme of motivation) of the staff of shops. In outlets there was no single accounting system of trade operations considering the number of sales of employees that affected process of collecting of the actual information for payroll calculation on the scheme of motivation of employees.
Project Tasks
It was required:
- Automate trade accounting in 7 outlets;
- Create a centralized system of personnel records and payroll of employees according to the schemes of motivation based on the performance indicators admitted to the companies;
- Integrate a system of accounting of salary with a business and tax accounting system.
Project Progress
Specialists of the Kazakhstan branch "The First BIT" suggested to transfer data of personnel records from "1C: Accounting 8" in "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Kazakhstan". The solution is capable to close all requirements of staff of DeFacto to accounting according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Besides, the solution allows to upgrade flexibly functionality depending on requirements of the enterprise.
For creation of the single trading accounting system it was decided to use the 1C: Retail for Kazakhstan software product with installation of a retail store equipment in a cash zone. On average, about 3 jobs of the cashier in each of 7 outlets are created.
Project Results
In a project deliverable employee performance of personnel department for the account is increased:
- Automation of outlets with the help 1C: Retail for Kazakhstan. Integration of the accounting system of trade operations with other systems, first of all – 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR Management - allowed to optimize obtaining information for calculation of other indicators which are schema-bound motivations of employees. Information on KPI is transferred to a payroll system.
- Creations of a single system of personnel records and payroll. The functionality of the software product allowed to manage motivation of personnel, to plan employment, on a centralized basis to calculate the salary and to quickly prepare the reporting under taxes, contributions and assignments from wage fund according to data of the regulated accounting corresponding to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Possibilities of independent unloading by employees of pay slips on e-mail from 1C. It increased transparency in obtaining information on charges and excluded need to come to personnel department.
