2020: System implementation of an electronic queue in Ust-Labinsk office

Continuing cooperation with JSC NESK, specialists of Technology of the Future the electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system in Ust-Labinsk office was put into operation (Krasnodar Krai). Thus, the NEURONIQ system optimizes customer service process already in 11 branches of the company.

Independent power supply company of Krasnodar Krai – one of the largest electricity providers in the region: for April, 2020 JSC NESK services more than one million subscribers.

The organization imposes quality requirements of the rendered services, first of all caring for comfort of the clients. For this reason the decision on system implementation of queue management (SUO) was made. The SUO installation allows to liquidate the main problems inherent in "live" queue – observance of a priority and conflictness.

But, in addition to convenience to visitors, the intelligent system of NEURONIQ promotes the effective organization of work on acceptance of the population. Due to the automated uniform distribution of a flow of citizens the load of employees decreases, waiting time in queue is reduced and capacity of office increases.

The module of the centralized monitoring of work of departments is used to further improvement of quality of service. With its help in the main office of the company key indicators of acceptance of the population in different divisions are traced and decisions on elimination of the arising difficulties are quickly made.

Works on installation of an electronic queue were performed by the official dealer of the NEURONIQ systems – Eleko company.

2018: System implementation of an electronic queue at the Krasnodar office

On February 8, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in the "Independent power supply company of Krasnodar Krai" servicing 947 thousand subscribers.

The management system for NeuroniQ queue on 8 jobs is installed in 3 branches of power supply company in Krasnodar Krai.

A system was implemented in 2 branches of the company in Krasnodar, and one more department is equipped to Kurganinsk. Installed systems have a standard configuration in the form of the booth of registration and the LCD screen on which visitors will be able to see a current status of queue.

Creating comfortable conditions for service of visitors, "The independent power supply company of Krasnodar Krai" began system implementation of an electronic queue with the first three departments. Use of an electronic queue and the territory of implementation of the electronic NeuroniQ systems will extend further also to other branches of the company.
