The Sinto company in February, 2018 announced creation of communication systems and video surveillances at Huadyan-Teninsky combined heat and power plant.
Project Tasks
Due to the commissioning of an object there were problems of design and implementation of a complex of the engineering systems:
- Local computer network
- Telephony
- Systems of microcellular communication
- System of master clock system
- Systems of bilateral gromkogoforyashchy communication, notification and broadcasting
- Security alarm
- Security and technology video surveillance.
In total the project covered the main building of ABK and 7 technical constructions of combined heat and power plant. It was necessary to connect by a single network, to provide telephone communication and security on an object over 300 thousand sq.m (total length of perimeter — more than 2,200 m).
Structure of the solution
Local computer network
The customer made the following demands:
- performance, scalability, fault tolerance
- support of all fundamental communication standards and protocols;
- compatibility with the equipment of adjacent subsystems;
- possibility of change of the LAN logical configuration without change of physical; etc.
As result, the solution on a switching equipment of Huawei was proposed. For providing back supply Eaton 5000 UPSes are installed.
Loud speaking communications systems: DGS, notification and broadcasting
Proceeding from technology features of an object the solution which is steadily functioning in the conditions of strong acoustic noises, electromagnetic interferences, etc. was required.
Loud speaking communications systems of ProCom WPS-04 EXX provide switching of colloquial paths through a digital switching field and provide switching of external connections.
System of master clock system
A system included:
- system core which is responsible for generation of signals of the exact time;
- subscriber devices (hours of different design and functionality);
- transmission media of signals of the exact time from a system core to subscriber devices.
Provides synchronization of all hour systems which are available at the enterprise, performs functions of formation of program signals.
Telephony and microcellular communication
For providing operation personnel with microcellular communication the telecommunication system "Miniky DX-500" — the single digital platform which is harmoniously combining opportunities for work both with the old analog systems, and with the modern digital equipment is installed.
Security alarm
For ensuring control of the production, warehouse and office spaces located in three buildings of combined heat and power plant with specialists Belnipienergoprom design the solution on the equipment of Siemens.
The hardware and software system includes the system consisting of the main device (1 piece), extenders (8 pieces), hybrid blocks of the power supply/readers, sensors (to 128 pieces), the automated workplace. A system is also connected by the interface X-Bust.
Security and technology video surveillance
Video surveillance is constructed on:
- video cameras of high resolution of Samsung;
- video cameras of high resolution Hikvision;
- LTV video cameras;
- server of automatic diagnostics and monitoring of complexes of security of Trassir.
The round-the-clock observation is provided by means of the organization of perimeter lighting (46 LED lamps).
Project Results
In total within the project more than 10 km of a cable wire on the Earth's surface and underground are laid, having connected among themselves 8 buildings in the territory of combined heat and power plant for creation of alarm systems and telecommunication communication.
The system of a single synchronized network of the exact time for ensuring indication of signals of the current time on different objects and also formations of the set programmable signals is implemented (a mood music, the speech notification and so forth).
Are provided with communication — analog and digital — all staff of combined heat and power plant (the calculated resources on 300 people). Infrastructure for the organization microcellular (an operative communication between employees), analog (local telephone sets, loudspeakers) and digital trunking is mounted.
The video surveillance system including 51 video cameras and 46 LED lamps on perimeter of combined heat and power plant, with a total length of 2,200 m is installed. 22 cameras for video control in the main administrative building are mounted.
Technology video surveillance by means of which the round-the-clock visual control (protected and deleted is provided) technology process in real time is implemented. Within project implementation integration of a management system for technology process and a video surveillance system is reached. It is created and configured by an automated workplace for work with a videoarchive of industrial observation.
More than 100 security devices for consolidation of indications of sensors in all placements to the uniform security center are installed.
Equipment by the engineering systems and means of communication of a production facility initially assumes the large volume of works. Already at the first stage flexible and scalable is important to design and pick up the equipment that at a stage of implementation and the subsequent service to avoid a number of difficulties. And if to take into account that combined heat and power plant — special type of industrial facilities, then the number of requirements to infrastructure increases. Dense joint work with the contractor — Sinto company — from the first stage of the project and the subsequent interaction throughout project implementation provided that result which was initially planned.
