2018

Inclusion in the register of the Russian software

On December 6, 2018 the EAE-Consult company reported that on November 30, 2018 mobile application "Monitoring of technical and economic indicators of the enterprise" is included by the Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation No. 665 in the Unified register of the Russian computer programs and databases.

According to the company, software it is included in the register on storages visualization the class "Monitoring Systems and Managements, Systems of Collecting, Processings, Analysis, Modelling and Data Arrays".

"MTEPP" is a mobile solution for the analysis and control of key indicators of activity of the enterprise. The data obtained and aggregated from corporate sources of information are visualized on the screen of the mobile device at any time and from any place in the world by means of the Internet.

Development of an information system specialists of Territorial Department performed in 2013 the South of EAE-Consult LLC (Volgograd). In March, 2014 the certificate on state registration No. 2014613310 is received.

Mobile application of "MTEPP" is implemented at the Russian enterprises of oil production, oil processing, oil products supply and power industry in the form of specialized mobile solutions: "Operational monitoring of implementation at gas station", "Technical and economic indicators of thermal power plants", "Mobile dispatcher station", "Monitoring of process parameters of Refinery".

As a result of project implementation on "MTEPP" at the enterprises of customers solutions for acceleration of digital transformation, operational exchange of production data, ensuring the round-the-clock monitoring of key indicators of the company for acceptance of optimal management decisions are implemented.

Structure and features of MTEPP

Structure

The MTEPP platform is built on the principles of architecture of the thin client using the cloud storage of data. For February, 2018 the structure of the solution includes four functional modules:

• The module "Integration Connector" is collection of information from different information systems of the company with the subsequent their conversion to a special format for display on the mobile device. As a rule, the connector is located in the protected segment of information space of the company. Data on the mobile device are transferred in encrypted form.
• The module "Data warehouse" is the any automated workplaces or servers having Internet connection and also the website, web services. The main requirement — availability from external network with observance of necessary measures of information security.
• The module "Scheduler of Data Processing" provides timely obtaining and processing of necessary data.
• The module "Mobile Client" is mobile application for visualization of results of monitoring and the analysis of indicators of a company performance.

Tasks

The solution "MTEPP" is easily integrated in the system of operational monitoring of any indicators of the enterprise and allows to solve the following problems:

• carry out monitoring of all indicators of activities of the company for individually configured list and level of providing data;
• by means of the built-in analytical tools to trace the factors having a business impact in the current time; carry out the analysis of necessary data in dynamics;
• reveal deviations from planned targets for risk minimization of emergence of emergency situations, etc.

Specific Features

MTEPP is seamlessly integrated with corporate information systems of any level, and the modular architecture allows to expand functionality to necessary level.

A system provides high degree of security of data and their safe transfer as all confidential information is stored in an information field of the customer without removal in "cloud" of the supplier of a technology platform.

Mobile application is used by all space of the screen of the mobile device at data mapping, and analysis results are reported in an evident type.

The implemented projects

The Monitoring of TEPP platform is implemented at the enterprises of oil and gas production, oil processing and power industry in the form of specialized mobile solutions.

Mobile dispatcher station

The application is irreplaceable for all enterprise levels of oil and gas production — from the chief of TsDNG to the operator. Allows to perform:

• operating dispatching control over production indicators;
• online access to production indicators;
• acceptance of timely management decisions on the basis of deviations of the actual indicators from planned,
• assessment of trends and detection of changes in production process.

Technical and economic indicators of thermal power plants

The application allows to analyze the following indicators:

• electric load;
• maintaining operation mode of TPP;
• temperature diagram of a heating system;
• gas consumption;
• meteodata;
• status of the capital equipment;
• marginal income;
• phonebook.

Monitoring of process parameters of Refinery

The solution works with databases of real time, allows to trace process parameters of installations, to carry out operational accounting of a material balance, is integrated with metering devices and reproduces ancillary data: wind speed, pressure, consumption of nitrogen, natural gas.

Serves as the mobile assistant to analytical dispatching office and service of the chief power engineer, defining the status of sending an indicator, visualization of measure values, indications of devices from the ASCAPC, power consumption for own consumption and transit, displays data of laboratory information systems (LIMS) — results of production supervision of quality and tests on acceptance control.

Operational monitoring of implementation at gas station

The application allows to obtain operational data of activity of gas stations on the following categories:

• implementations of bulk oil products;
• sales of goods in TNP shops and the packed-up oil products;
• renderings of services of goods in Cafe;
• stay gas station/shopping mall;
• remaining balance on bulk oil products at gas station;
• rating of gas station.
