MegaFon in February, 2018 announced project implementation of the international electronic document management (e-document flow) with the nonresident — Huawei company. The operator signed orders and primary accounting documents with the supplier from China. The SKB Kontur company acted as the operator of e-document flow.
As noted, signing of the electronic documents containing financial liabilities before the international companies in Russia is implemented for the first time. Within the project the possibility of exchange of documents with use not only qualified, but also unqualified electronic signatures was provided.
In total for 2017 MegaFon and Huawei signed several thousands of paper documents. "Kontur.Diadok" is the platform for e-document flow which is used now by MegaFon — will allow the companies to exchange any electronic legally significant documents: contracts, supplementary agreements, orders, acts. Thanks to the innovation project costs for sending, formation, archive storage and international express delivery of paper documentation are excluded, approval process becomes simpler, and the term of signing by both parties decreases from several days to several minutes.
We understood the need for implementation of the similar project long ago and conducted active work in the direction of the organization of the international electronic document management. Became Huawei the first partner with whom we managed to create a precedent in the market. However we are not going to be satisfied with what has already been achieved and we will connect to e-document flow and other foreign suppliers.
