1C-IzhTC implemented the module of integration of 1C with a FSIS "Mercury" at Cheese-making plant "Ichalkovsky"

1C-IzhTC in February, 2018 was announced implementation of the module of integration of a system "by 1C: Milk plant" with a FSIS "Mercury" at Cheese-making plant "Ichalkovsky".

Prerequisites

In a month the cheese-making plant creates up to 700 outgoing and accepts up to 850–880 entering veterinary accompanying documents (VAD). Earlier specialists of the company got VSD manually on the website of a single state system in the field of veterinary science.

Manual design of such number of documents — difficult and labor-intensive process, the error probability is big. As a result, the company faced problems of such mode of work, for example, idle time of transport after shipment waiting for veterinary documents.

Project Progress

The plant addressed the permanent partner — 1C-IzhTC company — with a request to pick up the solution for automation of work with VSD. Specialists 1C-IzhTC carried out the analysis of possible options and picked up the suitable module of integration of a system "1C: Milk plant" with a FSIS "Mercury".

During the project the implementation team built in the module of integration into much modifed industry system configuration of 1C and also provided training in work with the module for personnel. Upon completion of an implementation project the plant was connected to technical support 1C-IzhTC.

Result

Using the module of integration at the Ichalkovsky enterprise work with veterinary documents is automated: it was succeeded to accelerate their design, to exclude possible errors and to reduce finance costs.

In a project deliverable at the enterprise work with veterinary documentation is optimized:

• one person copes with the statement and clearing of electronic VSD,
• on execution of documentation significantly less time is spent,
• the quantity of errors at document creation is minimized.

Thanks to the module of integration delivery time of our products was reduced to the consumer.
