2016: Cooperation with 1C

On June 17, 2016 it became known of signing of the memorandum of cooperation, administration of the Irkutsk region and 1C Company.

The memorandum provides development and strengthening of cooperation in information technology fields, creation of organizational and technology conditions of ensuring effective information exchange of the Parties when implementing programs and projects with use of a software platform of 1C: Enterprise.

The organizations did a great job on upgrade of automated information system of management of financial and economic activity of executive bodies of the government and public institutions of the Irkutsk region for a number of years. On a software platform of 1C: Enterprise a single "cloud" system, adaptive and scalable, integrated into the existing information landscape is created.

A system services 650 organizations, including 30 executive authorities. Based on regional organizations of "The information and technical center of the Irkutsk region" and "The medical information and analytical center of the Irkutsk region" is created regional competence center which specialists independently accompany and develop a "cloud" system. Processes of accounting and personnel records, payroll, collecting of the reporting are automated, control of a social power supply in education, health care and the social sphere is adjusted. Earlier separated credentials are available in the centralized information base online now that allowed to increase efficiency and quality of management.

Cooperation within the memorandum is directed to improvement of a system of public administration of the Irkutsk region using a software platform of 1C: Enterprise, intended to promote effective use of information systems based on 1C: Enterprise, including among entrusted the software.
