2018: System entry into the market

On February 16, 2018 the Siemens Healthiners company entering into the Siemens group started the new diagnostic Aina system capable to reveal chronic diseases using the smartphone. This advanced system allows to conduct high-quality diagnostic testings at any time and in any place.

Within the Siemens Healthineers India project began to cooperate with medical company Jana Care to provide the first mobile diagnostic platform of this kind in India.

We signed the exclusive agreement with Jana Care for development of the system of blood tests of Aina. This platform — the first-ever mobile diagnostic system which will allow to reveal and treat chronic diseases, such as diabetes and damages of heart — the vice president of Siemens Healthineers India Anuj Dhingra explained.

According to him, Aina offers a broad spectrum of analyses, including such screening researches as determination of level of glucose with glikirovanny hemoglobin and assessment of a lipidic profile. The single platform of Aina provides carrying out biochemical, immunological and immunofermental researches.

The provided platform is available in two configurations — the device on the basis of the smartphone and the portable laboratory system working in a tandem with the tablet. At the same time the result of a research can be received only in a few minutes.

The company is going to provide shortly with new technology of laboratory and hospital for all India.

This handheld device gives the chance to specialists instantly to check several parameters of a status of patients and to plan tactics of their correction — says Anudzh Dkhinga. — The Aina platform will help to cover medical observation and the help the population from hardly accessible areas.[1]
