EDMS THESIS automated work Heating plant

On February 19, 2018 the company Haulmont announced implementation EDMS THESIS in Municipal enterprise "Teplocentral" which supplies with heat of all inhabitants of Zhukovsky.

The company needed to organize electronic storage system of documents, to arrange them, to simplify search, to facilitate and accelerate work of the staff of department of supply with them and finance division. After comparison of characteristics different EDMS MT "Heating plant" selected Standard edition of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS.

It allows to automate all processes connected with document flow and also to organize the reference book for information storage, for example, about partners or divisions and the staff of the enterprise.

In the THESIS system users can not only work with documents, but also to appoint tasks and to control their accomplishment. Besides, in the selected editorial office EDMS there is a possibility of individual preference of a system. To provide to employees continuous access to a system from the smartphone or the tablet, MT Heating plant purchased mobile version of EDMS THESIS.

Specialists Haulmont carried out remote installation of a system and instructing in work with it for the administrator and users. In addition employees of MT Heating plant were trained to use the designer of business processes and the report generator.
