Sberbank simplifies registration of legal entities and SP using the solution of Scientific Research Institute Voskhod

At the beginning of 2018 Scientific Research Institute Voskhod, the multiservice partner of the state in information technology field, completed development of a component of identification for service of Sberbank. Sberbank provided service in February, 2018 at the Russian investment forum to Sochi. Service excludes need of a corporal appearance of the client in credit institution for confirmation of the personality and providing paper documents and is completely remote that considerably reduces business registration terms. Registration requires the biometric foreign passport of new generation (with a chip) issued not earlier than 2009 and phone with the NFC function based on the Android operating system.

Federal state budgetary Institution Scientific Research Institute Voskhod developed a target component of service which allows to perform remote data validation of a chip of the foreign passport. According to international standards, the data placed on a chip of the foreign passport should be signed with the electronic signature. The developed component allows to perform data validation of a chip of the foreign passport and the electronic signature executed on behalf of the Russian Federation using the Russian cryptographic algorithms and to confirm that the document is not counterfeited.

At the beginning of registration it will be required to confirm personal data in the Sberbank Online application and to specify all necessary parameters. Further, in the presence of the foreign passport and mobile application, it is possible to receive the electronic signature for assurance of documents.

Service works in the pilot mode. Be registered as SP, using this service, at this stage residents of the Kaluga, Tver and Tula regions will be able.
