• 27 Excel files linked to each other, distributed in 8 folders, totaling up to 70 MB

Shortcomings

• rigid row and column structure in files, adding a new row on average takes 1 working day
• the addition of a new sales department during the year is not carried out due to too much work
• preparing a new set of files for the new working year takes about three working weeks
• labor-intensive process of allocating departmental volumes by quarter/month (about 3 days initial breakdown, about 2 days allocation adjustment)
