In the specialized medical organization the ENT specialist profile of Federal State Budgetary Institution Scientific Clinical Center of Otorhinolaryngology of Federal Medical Biological Agency (Federal State Budgetary Institution NKTsO FMBA of Russia) the end-to-end system of management of treatment and prevention facility based on software "Parus" is implemented. 100 jobs are automated. Project Progress
Within the project based on software "Parus" the medical information system which provides accounting of all types the ENT specialist help to the population is created. So, for 2017 8 thousand transactions from which 1,000 — hi-tech were rendered to 85 thousand services in the center (consultation, procedures, researches), including. All data are reflected and stored in MIS.
Maintaining base of the patients, electronic cards with indication of personal information given about a complex of the rendered medical and diagnostic actions (consultations, diagnostics, researches, procedures, transactions, surveys), diagnoses and diseases, results of inspections and analyses is automated. Availability of these data in an electronic format simplifies diagnosis, planning of treatment and observation.
Besides, automatic formation of invoices, acts, accounts, requirements, delivery notes on the basis of plans of treatment is implemented. In a system price lists with the prices and codes of services are kept, the list of the insurance companies and funds paying treatment, accounting of existence and an expiration date of medicines control of the allowed levels of stocks is exercised, the flow of patients on specialists taking into account their loading is distributed. The management received the tool for monitoring of the movement of patients and bed fund: creation of statistic reports on electronic stories of diseases of patients is possible for any time frame.
Project Results
As a result of project implementation unified information environment for conducting accounting and personnel records, contractual relations, payroll, ensuring the centralized logistics, including accounting of the movement of material values in a warehouse and in drugstore is created. On a response of the customer, accounting and control of stock balance became simpler, forms of reconciliation of an inventory card file are developed. In a system more than 8 thousand positions of fixed assets, including the diagnostic, medical and surgical equipment are considered.
The management of organization and its divisions — administrative and also 13 scientific and clinical with stationary departments — has all necessary information by activities. More than 40 accounting and managerial reports form. At the same time duplication of data is excluded and the volume of manual entry of data is considerably reduced.
