Domodedovo control and accounting of oil products with the help automated "IT-Oil"

On March 13, 2018 company "IT." announced Smart project completion on transformation of business processes regarding autofuel and lubricants of fuelling airport complex Domodedovo. Full automation of the main business processes, control and accounting of oil products and also with ensuring electronic interaction both in TZK, and with consumers is carried out.

The created system is intended for process automation of management, a commodity inventory control at acceptance, storage, intra warehouse movements and a holiday of autofuel and lubricants, for solving of tasks of operational commercial accounting, control and management of technology objects: receiving warehouse autofuel and lubricants, gas Station and container gas station and also ensuring electronic document management within distribution of fuel and lubricants and work with consumers.

With the help of a complex IT-Oil was adjusted centralized operation by production processes of accounting is combustible lubricants from office of Domodedovo Airport. During the project it was succeeded to transform and automate:

• the centralized maintaining all reference books, settings and parameters and also works with consumers of autofuel and lubricants;
• accounting of NP at acceptance to the reservoir park of receiving warehouse autofuel and lubricants and gas Station the railway and motor transport using electronic calculating devices;
• accounting at transfer of NP between reservoirs of warehouse autofuel and lubricants and gas Station using electronic calculating devices;
• storage, accounting and control of NP in the reservoir park: monitoring of parameters of NP in reservoirs using level meters;
• accounting of transfer of NP from gas station on KAZS using autofuel trucks;
• shipment of NP to the vehicles (V) through Broadcasting Company at gas station and KAZS taking into account identification of the CU of partners of Domodedovo according to a gating system of the airport and also taking into account information on limits and receivables of consumers;
• integration and data exchange in electronic form with the accounting systems of the customer that improved possibilities of settlement with partners of the airport, accounting and control on TZK autofuel and lubricants, providing operational information and management reporting.

Use of a modern automated system will allow to increase efficiency of refueling airport complex of Domodedovo, and results of commercial operation confirm it, specified in the company.
