In Gazprom pererabotka a multimedia environment for a dispatcher station is created

On March 14, 2018 the DeLight 2000 company announced project completion on equipment of a complex of premises for the main dispatcher station at office of Gazprom pererabotka company in St. Petersburg.

Prerequisites of the Project

Due to the relocation of administration of the company from Surgut to St. Petersburg the decision on preparation in business center "Renaissance Business Park" of the premises for placement of the main dispatcher station was made.

The main dispatcher station of Gazprom pererabotka works round the clock and carries out tasks, crucial for the company, – operating control and centralized operation by operation modes of production facilities of the enterprise. Also coordination of actions of operation personnel, collecting, fixing, the analysis of reporting information and acceptance in emergency situations of necessary measures for change of productive activity (production, transport, gas processing) is performed.

Project Tasks

With respect thereto equipment of premises for this structural division should conform to strict requirements of reliability of the equipment and ergonomics of a working space. Besides, it was necessary to provide use of the most modern equipment providing energy saving, the minimum operating costs and also the minimum area of placement in the project (all complex of premises occupies 295 sq.m).

Project Progress

Equipment of the main dispatcher station was entrusted DeLight 2000 company. All complex of works entered an area of responsibility of the system integrator – beginning from development of the technical concept of the project and planning solution before installation and setup of the equipment.

Not only the dispatching hall, but also some other premises were a part of the main dispatcher station:

• the dispatching block (the dispatching hall with the technology premises, the situational center, the utility room for means of printing, the room of psychological unloading of managers);
• administrative block (offices of the chief of production supervisory control and its deputies);
• office block (offices of engineers, the room of meal, the bathroom, the wardrobe room, the hall with information point).

At design by specialists of DeLight 2000 company technologies of work of the main dispatcher station, feature of interaction of day and operation personnel of service among themselves and with adjacent structural divisions were worked in details out thanks to what convenient conditions for work and rational use of the areas were provided.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the modern multifunction complex allowing divisions of supervisory control of the company to work effectively 24/7 was created.
