2018: Moving to BK-3
On March 15, 2018, it became known that the updated version of the human resources management and salary calculation system BOSS-Personnel based on web technologies - BK-3 was put into commercial operation by Vnesheconombank (VEB).
The concept of the BK-3 programmable platform was originally aimed at providing work with the system through access through - Internetbrowser while maintaining the Windows interface functionality familiar to users and simultaneously providing visual simplicity. mobile applications
In this configuration, access to the basic set of system modules is provided through web services. The user interface based on HTML, Java Script and Ajax technologies requires only a standard browser. The entire interface is built on the basis of metadata, the type of display of the grids tables and bookmarks themselves can constantly change both for the purpose of improvement and development. Among the features of the pilot project for the implementation of the BK-3 system in VEB in the company "BOSS. This is a single entry point technology that involves using a single login/password to gain access to all corporate applications.
BK-3 platform technologies can be used to create a "short application" service for BOSS-Personnel on the RP Server platform. The first use of this technology is a product for smartphones that provides remote approval of applications, the company noted.
2017: Automation of HR processes

The product solves several problems:

- Easy further development of the system thanks to flexible customization and modernization tools.
