Cherkizovo group of companies (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

The Cherkizovo Group began to cooperate with FTO in 2014 due to the need of expansion of support of the existing 1C systems of the Poultry farming business direction.

In 2015 there was a task – to upgrade the system of warehouse logistics in connection with transition of the Cherkizovo Trading company to the ERP system of SAP. For support of business processes of warehouse logistics simple and functional 1C system which can be integrated with SAP was required.

In June, 2015 on the test platform – Mosselprom poultry farm – the FTO of 1C developed with direct participation - the automation system of warehouse logistics was started.

Results of implementation did not keep themselves waiting long and were highly appreciated by the Client. Right after completion of setup of a system, Agrodivizion of the Cherkizovo Group (Crop Production and Pig-breeding direction) was transferred to service support in FTO.

At the end of 2015 the most volume was attached to support system and difficult, in terms of creation of business processes, the direction – Meat processing. And later the decision on consecutive system implementation on all 5 production sites of the company and the distribution center was made.

In addition to a logistics system, were transferred to service support of FTO a 1C system: ZUP, maintaining NSI, production management, accounting and finance, is made integration with SAP.

The command support of Cherkizovo grew to 30 specialists, and the total volume of the closed requests on all provided services is more than 12 thousand a month.
