On March 12, 2018 the Zaodno company announced business process automation based on MS SharePoint.
As the platform of automation the company selected MS SharePoint 2016. However, in net SharePoint there was not enough functionality for independent development of processes without involvement of developers. The company began to consider the solutions which are most expanding the possibilities of the SharePoint setup.
"At the same time" held an official competition. The choice stopped on the solution DocTrix Platform developed by i-Sys Labs company on Microsoft SharePoint technologies. DocTrix Platform includes more than 220 functions expanding possibilities of the SharePoint setup that allows to configure in short terms business processes of any complexity without code. A possibility of independent completion of a system by specialists of the customer without involvement of external contractors and also the small cost of the solution in comparison with the European competitors became the key advantages which influenced the choice for benefit of DocTrix Platform.
During the project contract activities of the company and internal document flow are automated. The customer independently implements the requests connected with primary activity of the company. At the same time both teams of the Customer and the Contractor manage to conduct joint development in a unified environment that considerably saves time on testing and transfer of changes for the product stand.
