Ashinskiy metallurgical works

History

The steel works began with domain production. Already later, at the beginning of a new century, after blast furnaces were constructed martin which provided with ingots rolling mills at first minyarsky, and afterwards and Zlatoust the plants. Own rolling production appeared in Ashe only in the second half of the 20th century.

• 1898 - Foundation of the plant
• 1952 - Sheet-rolling workshop N 1 is put into operation
• 1959 - Sheet-rolling workshop N 2 is put into operation
• 1974 - Sheet-rolling workshop N 3 is put into operation
• 1986 - Domain production was taken out of service, one of four martin furnaces is closed
• 1986 - The workshop of corrosion-proof ware based on which production of pans of different capacity, braziers and frying pans with a heatdistribution bottom from aluminum is developed, and since 1993 — release of thermoses from stainless steel is entered.
• 1992 - The enterprise was transformed to Ashinskiy metallurgical works joint-stock company
• 2005 - AKP is brought into operation
• 2007 - June-October the Machine of Continuous Casting of Procurements (MCCP) is brought into operation
• 2010 - it is brought into operation by chipboard

Activity

The plant represents a metallurgy sector with a full production cycle, since preparation of iron ore raw materials and finishing with deep processing of ferrous metals. AMZ makes the following products:
