"Correct" optimized work of warehouse complexes using Infor SCE

On March 22, 2018 the Infor company announced start of the solution Infor SCE in distribution centers of network of Verny grocery stores.

Prerequisites of the Project

The retail chain stores of the company contain more than 520 supermarkets in four regions. So fast development of the company considerably raised requirements to a technology basis of business that led to search of the modern functional solution capable to provide full control of warehouse and logistic processes. The retail chain stores Correct needed the full-function solution capable to ensure effective functioning of several warehouse platforms of class A+ that pushed her to Infor choice SCE.

Project Progress

The project was executed in 9 months by forces of the LT Management integrator supporting Infor SCE. Within this project the solution Infor SCE was deployed in three largest distribution centers of the company which total area is nearly 110,000 square meters. The LT Management company completed the project at the scheduled time and provided integration into the Vocollect Voice system. The Verny network uses interactive technologies to manage the warehouse assets — warehouse stocks, labor power, space and the equipment. All three distribution centers of Verny network on which the solution Infor was deployed are at LT Management company on the round-the-clock support both according to the solution Infor SCE, and on Vocollect Voice.

Project Results

During Infor SCE implementation project system configuration allowed to carry out a number of the local completions caused by change of the legislation and optimization of the systems connected with internal business processes. The Infor SCE installation on warehouse complexes of Verny network helped to fulfill the key requirements of the customer — to seriously increase performance of distribution centers and it is essential to reduce a share of errors of a complete set. After installation of the solution, the indicator of such errors is much lower than the target objective of 0.03%, and the speed of a complete set is over 200 boxes per hour on one employee.
