The furniture factory "Maria" constructed a data processing center based on solutions of Cisco

On March 23, 2018 the Cisco Systems company announced project completion on creation of the high-level protected server framework and creation of a reserve data processing center for the Russian furniture factory "Maria".

The reserve DPC of the company is located in Saratov. It is in city boundaries, but on sufficient removal from the basic. Data processing centers are connected among themselves by the system of optical fiber cables. Data transfer rate in network makes 80 Gbps.

The reserve DPC allowed to solve a number of the problems connected with rapid growth of business, need of optimization of operational processes and improvement of customer service. Within the project the server of the reporting and a business intelligence was updated, data of the company are distributed and system operation is accelerated.

For implementation of this project rack servers were selected Cisco UCS C240 M5SX and Cisco UCS C220 M5SX. Also for creation of DPC switches Cisco 3850 XS integrating technologies of wire switching and the controller of wireless access were used.

Integration of our servers into corporate network of the company which is built on solutions of Cisco simplifies administration, management and gives to the customer opportunities of uniform technical support. Acquisition of the equipment in leasing allows to solve quickly IT tasks, optimum managing expenses and being focused on further business development — Nikita Gorbachevsky, the manager of Cisco on work with customers noted.

In perimeter of network it was decided to implement Cisco ASR 1001 routers. Taking into account their modular construction it is possible in process of the need to increase performance and to develop an enterprise information system. Supply of equipment was performed by Technoserv Saratov company.
