Baltic Shipyard passed to Infor LN

In 2017 the project on transfer of the information system of Baltic Shipyard constructed based on Baan IV on the system solution which cornerstone Infor LN 10.6 is is implemented.

The project actually is not just transition to the current version of the software product, and the serious stage of business process reengineering includes and represents creation of qualitatively new information space of the enterprise.

Within the project solutions as are developed for ship-building, and machine-building types of productions. Important distinctive feature of the project is application of control techniques project production and deployment of powerful functionality of the module Project management in Infor LN 10.6 with building of work of all divisions in uniform end-to-end process.

The circuit of implementation includes processes of management of projects, planning, supply, warehouse logistics, quality control, ship-building and machine-building productions, management of subcontract works.

The implemented solution will provide creation of the integrated information space of the enterprise and creation of uniform end-to-end business processes.
