Content

Seldon PRO LLC finished implementation of the tender of PJSC Rostelecom for development and deployment of automated information system of sales management for participation in profitable purchases in segments of B2B and B2G (the AIS Tenders).

Prerequisites

Rostelecom – the main participant of the market of telecommunication services for the Russian state agencies and corporate users. The volume and complexity of tasks of the company annually grow, and it defined requirement of RTK for an information system for development of tender sales.

In connection therewith, on December 16, 2016 Rostelecom announced an open competition on development of such system. Seldon PRO LLC which is a part of SELDON Group became the winner of competition. The contract with the customer was signed on April 25, 2017. The project received the name AIS Tendery.

System

A system is intended for automatic monitoring and targeting of purchases by certain parameters on managers (the region, the customer, a subject of purchase, NMTs of purchase, etc.).

A system is constructed after hierarchical to the principle and allows to configure distribution of purchases by employees according to their professional competences. Access isolation to information provide the clearness of tender processes and simplifies control of all stages of work with purchases. Analytical reports help to react and increase quickly efficiency of a system for control of participation in procurement.

Results

A system is implemented at head office, all branches and the child organizations of PJSC Rostelecom. At the moment in it about 3,000 users work.
