2026: Suspension of supplies due to hacker attack

At the end of January 2026, the Vladimir bakery was subjected to a massive cyber attack, which disrupted the operation of the entire digital infrastructure of the enterprise. Office computers, servers, electronic document management systems, the 1C accounting platform and other services failed.

The attack was strong. In simple terms, they broke everything. Our entire digital space is broken. IT specialists work, - said Georgy Uskov, deputy manager of the DeLavant group of companies, which includes the Vladimir bakery.

According to Zebra TV, referring to the information received from the plant, the hacker invasion did not affect the performance of production - all employees work normally, the equipment was not damaged, and bakery products are being produced in full. However, the cyber attack paralyzed logistics processes. Because of this, all office staff are transferred to a round-the-clock mode of operation: documents, including orders, are drawn up manually on paper. Specialists are engaged in restoring the functionality of IT systems.

To date, it has not been possible to completely eliminate the consequences of a cyber attack on digital infrastructure. It is not possible to name specific deadlines for elimination. The above situation was reported to the government of the Vladimir region, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Vladimir region, municipal authorities and law enforcement agencies. Also, notifications of difficulties were sent to all customers of the company, the bakery said in a statement.

Large chain stores in the region confirmed information about certain difficulties in obtaining products from the Vladimir bakery, stressing that there is no shortage of bakery products.^[1]
