On April 3, 2019, Technoserv provided TAdviser with data on the company's revenue in 2018 to participate in the TAdviser ranking of the top 100 largest IT companies in Russia, but recalled them on April 4. Topical data at Technoserv promised to provide in May 2019.
In 2018, a difficult period turned out to be for Technoserva: the company was sued for bankruptcy, which, however, later ended with a settlement agreement with the plaintiff - Itargo, and after the purchase of VTB's 40% stake in Technoserva, VTB formed a new ownership structure. Against this background, the company continued to work and conclude, including state contracts. The largest for Technoserv in 2018 was a state contract with Rostelecom in the amount of 1.36 billion rubles for the provision of post-warranty equipment maintenance services, the supply of copies ON and equipment of Juniper Networks. It is designed for a period until 2021.
Among other major agreements is a contract with GUCH-PF of the Russian Federation in the amount of about 523 million rubles for the supply of software and hardware systems and with the Central Design Bureau of Marine Engineering Rubin in the amount of 420 million rubles for the performance of a complex of works on the restoration of buildings.
High debt of the parent company
In February 2018, the owner of Technoserva, Alexei Ananyev, admitted in an interview with Vedomosti that the Technoserva business was connected with Promsvyazbank - the company had a "serious loan" in the bank[1]. However, he argued, there is no critical dependence. Neither he nor the company itself disclose the size of the debt.
According to the Kontur.Focus database, in 2016 the total accounts payable of the parent company of Technoserv - LLC Technoserv AS - amounted to about 5.7 billion rubles. The short-term liabilities of the company also included borrowed funds in the amount of about 11 billion rubles, in the long-term - another 793 million rubles.

The revenue of Technoserv Group of Companies in the 2012 financial year amounted to more than 43 billion rubles, an increase of 6.9% compared to the previous period. Compared to 2011, the group's revenue growth rate slowed down (then it was 20%), but exceeded the same indicator throughout the Russian IT market as a whole, which, according to IDC, amounted to only about 4% in 2012.
The distribution of the shares of the main business areas of Technoserv remained exactly the same as in 2011: the main area is still system integration (Technoserv company), which generates 93% of total revenue, followed by consulting services (Technoserv Consulting) - 5% and software development Reksoft) - 2%.
In the revenue structure of fiscal year 2012, the main drivers of integration growth were projects for telecom operators (42%), government agencies (17%) and transport enterprises (15%).
